FIRST BRIBIE PRINTMAKERS
EXPLORE, EXPERIMENT & ENJOY THE DIVERSITY OF PRINTMAKING
This innovative group formed in 2013 to explore the magic of printmaking.
We celebrate our individual styles and share a love of experimentation. Chance and serendipity unite with artistic vision and skills to make printmaking an exciting journey of discovery.
The flexibility of printmaking allows for textures, patterns and fluid designs not available in other techniques.
These include monoprints or multiple prints from linocuts, collagraphs, silk screen printing, stamping
or dry point etching.
The group is proud owner of a block printing and etching press able to print up to A1 size (900 x 600 mm). A $4 fee for the use of the facilities applies and a $2 fee to the group to help with costs associated with the hiring of the gallery and other group expenses. All members of the group must be members of BICAS.
